Project

 Each student chooses a leadership project that they would like to work on over the year which will enable them to develop some of the leadership skills they have learned about. This can be in any area of interest or passion for them, from starting a company to hosting a charity dinner, putting on a fashion show to leading an expedition to the Pyrenees.

Criteria: 

• You will lead it, from start to finish. 

• If you want to work with other students, you need to have clearly defined leadership roles for each member of the team.

• The Project should culminate in a particular outcome, event or deliverable

Time frame:

•  The project should require at least 2 months to plan and execute and should be completed at the latest by the end of September 2026
