Leadership Role(s)

Taking up a Leadership role within school during Year 12. This involves identifying, applying for and taking on an existing formal leadership role within the school or developing a new opportunity and working in it for at least the majority of the year. 

Some possible options include:

• Academic Mentor

• Co-Curricular Mentor

• Pastoral Mentor

• Sports captain

• Sustainability at Monkton (SAM)

• Equalities Team

• Non-Commissioned Officer in CCF

• Create new opportunities
