Leadership at Monkton is about influencing those around us. This is something that happens all the time unconsciously and the Monkton Leadership Award course looks at how we can be more aware of the impact we have. Every student at the school is a Leader. We want to encourage students to lead in a variety of ways and to go on to confidently shape an array of fields with an emphasis on service and love of others.

Your reflections on your learning at each stage, as well as details of what you have planned, done and learnt, are recorded in a central Record and Reflection log. This supports you in the steps needed for larger aspects of the course and acts as a key part of your assessment for the course.
